If product is damaged during transportation (faulty product), the customer should provide the evidence, such as photo, of the damage. And we will provide free replacement of the item.
Every effort will be made to ensure a prompt refund and an email notification will be sent once the refund has been processed. All refunds are made in the original payment method.
